Traditional (Design-Bid-Build)
- →More expensive ($9-$15+ psf)

Regulations (HDB vs Landed)
ℹ️HDB & Weight
If you choose to overlay tiles on top of existing tiles, HDB has strict weight limits. You can usually only overlay ONCE. If the floor has already been overlaid before, you MUST hack everything up.
Common Mistakes
- ✗Using glossy tiles in bathrooms (Slippery hazard)
- ✗Using vinyl in wet kitchens or bathrooms (Will warp/mold)
- ✗Forgetting to buy extra tiles for wastage (Buy 10% extra)
- ✗Not checking allowablility of marble/granite (staining issues)
